after paying the diagnostic fee a $350 fee was quoted to bring this amp back to spec.(bias appeared off--left heat sink heating on light load) provide schematic and phone number for maker in chicago (still in business). after calling a couple of times, got it back. meter bulbs replaced, but left channel still heating. No description of work, or old parts returned. Took it back. more calls and 2+ weeks later back, and appeared to be working. No old parts, no description of the work. Go out of town for a couple of weeks. didnt use amp much. randomly check unit a few weeks later---still heating on left channel. 90 day warranty period now over. want new fee. say no. same problem as original. not fixed. get unit back after 10 days and speaking with owner. Claim unit not fixable. Call US maker. Say unit should have cost $60 to $80 to fix, and if in the US, could have sent it back to them.
Ripoff artists and incompetents. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!
