Albert spared us a lot of headaches as we've had to open and close our garage door manually. It turned out the problem was a simple one that he diagnosed and fixed quickly. He had me open and close the door (using the opener) several times to reassure himself and me that the repair was indeed complete.

I could have fixed this problem easily, myself and I experienced a moment of dread over what the cost was likely to be. When Albert quoted me the price I was shocked, in the best possible way.
