I called in the morning when the garage door started to crumple, and just jammed when trying to open. By afternoon, they sent out a gentleman who had it fixed within an hour. He was very thorough and assessed the issue, explaining everything. He put in new brackets, a new wire, a couple of wheels, and hammered out the dents. I was surprised at how well he fixed it, and now looks like it was never damaged. Very happy with the service, and he was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definately go to them when we replace the door.
