Ongoing, terrible experiences with this company. Flooring installation began in Dec 2019 related to an insurance claim. Installer didn't show up at 9 am as scheduled. After multiple phone calls and emails, he finally shows up at 2 pm. Installer didn't even have a level! During "crack repairs and levelling" of my concrete floor he created changes to the slope of my floor then proceeded to install the new flooring. New flooring is unlevel and peaking in areas. Aesthetics of the floor are awful - there are the same patterned planks adjacent to each other in several areas (vinyl planking was installed). None of the manufacturer's recommendations were used during the flooring install so I suspect the manufacturer's warranty is void. I have been trying for 3 months to get the manager Ryan and owner Dan to take responsibility for fixing these issues with no success. I actually had Ryan out on Jan 17, 2020 to discuss my concerns and he agreed to remove the current flooring, fix the levelling issue and install new flooring at no charge to me. However a few days later, Dan called and wanted to come out himself to see my concerns. When I tried to schedule a date and time for him to come out, he stopped returning my messages. Dan is claiming Ryan - his store manager was not authorized to agree to remove, repair and install new flooring. Dan finally came out last week with the general contractor (after much effort on my part and that of my insurance company) and is claiming the flooring has been installed as per industry standards. I have had the floors manufacturing company's rep out for my exact flooring and he has confirmed that the install is bad. I have been inconvenienced for over 3 months and am shocked at how this company does business - they are terrible to deal with!
