South Peak Roofing & Exteriors

This is the first on-line review I have ever submitted but I felt my experience with South Peak warranted it.

A competent and honest contractor with great customer service delivering at a competitive price. Imagine that :-). I was impressed at every step of the experience.

Sales Rep 'Ivan' did a careful inspection of the work required for the estimate, double checked his work, making sure they'd deliver the work and price what he quoted. Unlike many sales rep's who are never seen again after awarding the contract, Ivan kept us informed on timelines to source the materials and actually attended during the work and followed up after completion to ensure we were satisfied.

'Amanda' in Admin clearly understood what information customers want/need and when, and provided all such information/documents at each step in the project, and without any prompting from us.

The crew were professional, on-time and even worked late to ensure completion before the weather changed. They did a great job including several special requests I had thanks to the meticulous efforts and supervision of Crew Lead 'Augustine'. He double checked all work and even personally repeated some clean-up steps, without us even asking, demonstrating his commitment to excellence.

In short, no negative surprises and no disappointments!

Given the prevalence of 'shady' contractors (especially roofers), we were enormously relieved to have worked with South Peak.

I needed help with a very poor install of Euroshield rubber roofing by another company. I also learned that the shingle style I have is no longer produced - I gather due to it's very poor performance if my roof is any example. A very discouraging situation that South Peak was willing to help me with.

Alex assessed and discussed best solutions to try to get as many years as possible out of this expensive roof. Rorik came out to do the work, very carefully going over the entire roof also explaining issues and solutions.

I very much appreciated the front office who answered/returned calls promptly and professionally.

The service we received from South Peak Roofing and Exteriors was exceptional.

Beginning with Alex who came to our home to look at the roof so he could make the appropriate recommendations. He also provided responses to a bevy of questions stemming from my research on different products.

Augustin and his crew arrived as scheduled. They rapidly and efficiently removed the old tiles and installed the new ones within a six-hour timeframe. They cleaned up our property and ensured that our neighbor's property was cleaned of the material that made it onto their property.

South Peak did an excellent job on my siding project. The sales rep. Ivan was friendly and gave us a great price, he even showed up during the work phase and chatted with us for awhile. Mike and his work crew were outstanding and very helpful. If your looking for a company that is honest and does great work and will not take advantage of you call them, I know I used to work for home builders.

Rorik and Carrie came out to fix a hole in my roof. They discovered possible animal activity inside the attic, which they were able to address as well. They also did a bit of work on securing our very old chimney. All of this was done at what I believe to be a reasonable price, and everyone there was exceedingly nice to talk to. Without going into details, they went above and beyond to help my partner and I in a rough time in our life. I would hire South Peak again and would recommend them to others.

The crew did an excellent job from start to finish. Taping everything off before spraying, during spraying and cleanup afterwards.

They discussed the procedures, accepted my suggestions and incorporated my requests. They were friendly and approachable as well as professional and dedicated.

The finished job looks fantastic, well worth the money and they cleaned up the site well and completely to my satisfaction.

Excellent company to work with. South Peak did a fabulous job on our roof and went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

The team came early in the morning and got most of the roof on the house and garage completed in one day. They came back the next day for some finishing touches, and to do the garden shed. They left the site clean of any debris, and were very pleased with the finished product. Great job!

I trust South Peak. Value and perfection in their roofing work is exceptional. Unprecedented customer service is the icing on the cake.

South Peak was recommended to me by my son as they reroofed his place last year. They did not disappoint me. Their quotation was consistent with other quotations we received, they arrived at the designated time, assigned enough people to complete the job in a single day, and cleaned up after completion. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering getting their roof replaced.
