Fair price and great communication throughout. Lori in the office was very friendly and helpful. Their crew arrived at 8am and stayed til after 8pm (as the first few small flakes of snow started to fall) in order to complete the installation of the new shingles and vents on the roof of our garage and home.

We were really impressed with their work ethic. I can only recall them taking a break once, for about 20 minutes for lunch – that’s it!

Agustin was really great to work with. Whenever I came outside, he was always smiling & happy to explain what they were doing and how they were making out. The weather was quite cool with a serious northerly breeze, but that didn’t dampen their spirits. Would highly recommend South Peak.

We recently engaged South Peak Roofing Ltd., to replace our roof. We conducted an exhaustive review of ~ 15 contractors in the fall of 2020 prior to selecting South Peak. We were impressed with South Peak from the responsive to our request for a quote, an initial on-site meeting/review with Ken Reid and timely responses to any question we had with respect to the project from Ken or Lori Krottner. We chose to work with South Peak based on reviews, recommendations from previous clients and that they are an Emerald Pro certified installer with Malarkey. After consultation with Ken, we selected the Malarkey class IV hail resistant Legacy product line backed by a superior warranty from both South Peak and Malarkey. Choosing this product led to a reduction in our home insurance premium by over 30%.
Lori kept us up to date about the project and provided several weeks advance notice prior to confirming when installation would begin. The installation was completed the week of June 14th, 2021. The on-site crew lead by Agustin were tremendous – they were very respectful, communicated with us regularly, were on site early each day, worked very hard and clearly, took great pride in their work and, customer satisfaction. They obviously had a work plan and worked together seamlessly, like a well-oiled machine; clean-up was done each day and at the end of the job, a final clean-up was completed leaving the property in the same condition as before the work began.
