Josie came to our home today to replace three screens that didn't quite fit on our new windows. He completed the work in just a couple of minutes. This is great customer service for Renewal by Andersen.

I wanted to replace two 1980's era windows in my home. I also wanted to replace the original oak trim around the windows, which was badly worn and cracked and drafty. Nick assisted me to select the right windows for my situation, and an installation procedure that would involve gutting and replacing the entire window openings, providing insulation to stop the drafts, and replacement of the worn out oak frames with new oak frames customized to match the profile of the wood in my house.
Shortly afterwards, Layne the project manager visited, took measurements and explained the installation process.
Within a few weeks the windows were ready, and a team of Edgar, Fernando and Luiz expertly removed the old windows and installed the new ones, complete with beautiful new oak frames, which I now only have to stain to match the other wood in my home. I'm thrilled with the results and very pleased with the entire process. Bravo to all!

Jose arrived right on time (the telephone and cable companies could take lessons from this company) and within moments determined the issue and began repairs. He even took the time to explain and show me exactly how the window mechanism had failed.

He had the repair done in short order, took pictures of our screen serial numbers (the dog hadn't liked a cat walking in front of the house one day and tried to go through them) and promised a quick follow-up by the company with a quotation for new screens.

This is our second purchase with RBA. They previously did our windows last year. From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of professional and fantastic. Duane, the salesperson, was honest and kind; Ivan and Nikolay, the installers, were friendly and super helpful and informative, and Tom, our Project Manager, kept us updated and informed the whole way through. We can't say enough good things about RBA and we would recommend them to everyone.

Good service from Jose and his team Jason and Jarred, there was a bit of delay on the the window due to size but over all good service.

We had all our windows on the main level of the house replaced in just 1 day with the exceptional team of installers, Matt, Corey, Troy Rob and Jim. What a great team they were! They were so polite and cleaned up after and even showed us how easy it is to take a window out for cleaning.

While more expensive than vinyl windows, Im confident that these will last a long time! Installation was fast and efficient. They were in and out of there within a half day for 4 windows.
