Renewal By Andersen Of Greater Toronto

Recently got new windows with Renewal and the product has been great! The salesman, Cornell, came to our home and was knowledgeable and patient/ not pushy and helped us understand a variety of options. Installation was pretty easy and when one window didn’t work quite right, Jacob was the tech who diagnosed and repaired the issue professionally. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job.

My only complaint is with customer service. Given that we did have a small problem with one of our windows, it was disappointing that the service staff rarely followed up when they said they would and often didn’t know our situation when I called in so I was always telling the story from scratch. This was really frustrating. I would recommend getting the name and direct extension of the person you are dealing with in order to expedite any issues!!

We started with a laundry room window and kitchen window, then added 2 outside doors to dining room then replaced 6 patio doors.
The product is new, composite material, its not aluminum and not vinyl but it looks fantastic.
They encountered a problem installing the patio doors, but handled it very professionally, the team of Joe and Eakam and Danny did an outstanding job. They worked long hours until the job was complete.
I have 6 more patio doors to install in the master bedroom and would have no hesitation hiring this team by Andersen to complete the job.

My husband, dog (haha) and I were VERY impressed by the level of workmanship, quality and hard work Ivan, Dylan and Robert put into our new windows. As soon as I got home from work, I can already feel the difference in our house! These three guys were a true pleasure to work with...so friendly, knowledge and put a lot of care into our install. They were even so playful and sweet with our dog, Dave and he enjoyed hanging out with them too! Also big thanks go out to Jason who came to our house to pitch Renewal by Andersen to us...we were completely sold on the quality of this product and Jason is an asset to the Company! Keep up the great work Jason, Ivan, Dylan and Robert!! We absolutely love our windows and trimming!!

Had Anderson replace a large bay window and the patio doors in our home. Composite material used for long life. The installers were very professional and work completed on time.

Thanks again so much to Renewal by Anderson Windows for a great job! Had a small hole that one of the installers noticed when installing our new windows 3 weeks ago. Set up a date to have it replaced and Jacob was here exactly the time we were told he'd arrive at our home, did a fantastic job replacing it with the new one and was very polite and courteous too! Very happy with the whole process with this company from sales (Tim), to final measurements (Jim) to installation (Vasyl Crew). We had 3 windows replaced, including a large front window. Everything got done as described, professionally, and it looks great.

I had an issue with the windows and called in for a repair. Renewal by Andersen promptly sent in Jacob. Jacob quickly repaired our windows and educated on the usage of the windows. Jacob was very neat and pleasant to deal with. I am very pleased with the decision to purchase my home windows from Renewal by Andersen.

Great company, all staff we communicated with were fantastic but big thanks to Joe and Danny for installing our four new windows. They were quiet, professional, clean and very nice guys all around. We will definitely be calling on them again in the future for more window work in the house.

One week has gone by with the replacement of our windows and patio door. We are beyond happy with the work from the beginning of the meeting we had with the sales representative. To the three amazing workers from Renewal by Anderson's, Edgar, Juan, Jesus (Prospect Manager Marty and Jason). The price was too high but it is understanding that the product you will be getting is amazing. The only negative part with our sales representative was communication, meaning when asking questions he would not reply to a text or call back. From Devadas

We regret buying this product. Sliding door was installed off level and does not open properly. Also door panels were scratched and dented upon arrival. Andersen promised to fix the frame three times but sent out crews who did not have the parts or had defective parts and could not do the job. So much time and energy has been invested for almost 6 months with no results. We are beyond disappointed with the defective materials and defective workmanship. I do not recommend going with this company.
