Mo is an actual legend. Through tough job site obstacles, bad weather, unexpected challenges and me (an incredibly difficult client), he pulled off my job with class and dedication. He and his team showed up when others might not have. He stuck to his word and worked himself far past where most people would in order to deliver customer satisfaction.

Do not look to anyone else for your demo needs. Mo is your guy.

The project: to tear down the plaster on 12' ceiling and 600sq.ft room. Mo and his crew got it done in two days. Not an easy job considering the height and contamination. They were on time, effective and cleaned
up the debris to the bin. More important, Mo is helping and treats his crew with respect. Totally recommend his crew.

Had to have parquet and tile removed. The parquet had an excessive amount of glue and was difficult to remove. Moe and his crew got the job done within a few days. High quality work for an extremely fair price. The crew was professional and Moe was easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone!

Moe and his crew are very professional and reliable. Moe always responds to calls and leaves the site clean when he leaves. His prices are extremely fair and i wouldnt hesitate to refer him or use him again for our other projects.

I hired Moe to demo a bathroom that I was renovating. He did a good job, and cleaned up very well. The homeowners even commented on how professional he was. I will definately be using him on my future renovation jobs.

Moe & Cody from DemoIT helped me in a dire situation where I needed to get rid of my carport. They were prompt, professional, and continually kept me informed of what was going to be done, as well as what I would need to plan for the future. They were very courteous, contacted me ahead of time to co-ordinate our schedules, and made sure my home/fence/driveway would not get damaged in the removal process. Payment & the type of work (demolition + debris removal) was explained way early into the process, so there's no invoice shock at the end. They both did a fabulous clean-up job (above & beyond to be honest), and left me feeling very happy with their work. I hope to work with them again in the near future, such as driveway re-grading and/or future garage-building work. Thank you DemoIT for helping me out of a dire pinch in this cold winter. Moe finish our house in 2 days. Very professional, and friendly. Recommend for anyone who want a great job done.

We needed to remove multiple layers of flooring - tile on mesh, two layers of linoleum and 1/4" ply and old hardwood. Right down to the subfloor. 1000 square feet in all and done in two days. The two guys worked solid!

Needed to trim the concrete walkway to meet city regulations. Moe and his partner did a great job and provided constant update through out the job. Highly recommend Moe for any demo work!
