Carlo did a fantastic job last summer replacing our kitchen backsplash (removal of old glass mosaic + installation of new white subway tile). Communication was prompt and professional and he was very easy to work with. His work was excellent and we have received many compliments on our tile. Carlo recently completed a tricky master shower tiling job for me. He was very punctual, efficient and knowledgeable and the job turned out lovely. This basement room is a DIY project, but I know my limitations. I received 3 separate quotes to install the porcelain tile. Carlo was reasonably priced and impressed me with the questions he asked and the interest he took and the advice he gave before we started the project. At the start he encountered an issue with a product I had purchased under the advice of a different vendor, prior to Carlos involvement. Carlo showed me the issue and explained his concerns and with his advice we quickly fixed the issue and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Would easily recommend Carlo for your project.

Carlo did a great job on our kitchen and bathroom backsplash and between the top of our shower and the ceiling. He recommended tile at a good price and was able to install the next week. He showed up on time and did great work. Very pleased.

Carlo did an excellent job on a small but difficult project. The replacement tub was 1” short which required an extra sheet of drywall to be added to the end wall. Carlo figured out a creative solution much to our satisfaction.

We had a bathroom half done and we needed tiling. Carlo came to my house and make really good points and observations about it. He was quick and delivered the job on time and with quality.

Carlo was quick to come and giving us an estimate and stayed true to his word on the price. He was very friendly and worked his magic on our backslpash even when the wall was not very smooth in places. We needed to remove old bathroom tiles with cracks that had leaking problems, to replace some damaged dry walls, and to install new tiles. We hired Carlo to do this project. Carlo's professionalism was demonstrated in all aspects and throughout the projects. Just to list a few:
(1) Carlo is knowledgeable and honest. Rather than offering the most expensive repair or the most convenient repair, he evaluated the situation in our bathroom and offered several options, and guided us through the pros and cons, among which we agreed upon the most cost-effective approach.
(2) Carlo took ownership in this project and worked very hard to complete it. The project ran into an issue, which required a plumber to re-route the pipes so that the new tiles would fit in behind the faucet. Carlo offered help in finding a plumber who would do the work asap. He also arrived at our place right after the plumber finished his work in order to check if the re-routing was appropriate for the tiles. In order to catch up with the time lost for the plumbing issue, he sacrificed his weekend to complete the project.
(3) He gave us many valuable tips and suggestions. His tiling work was simply impeccable. He also has very competitive service charge.

We are very fortunate to have Carlo to do the work. It is difficult to find someone of such strong experiences, high work ethics, and yet competitive fees. We would definitely recommend him to our friends.

I decided to go with Carlo after reading great reviews on Homestars and after meeting him in person, I decided he was the right person for the job. I had a relatively small job but Carlo was very professional, made suggestions on places to look at different tile samples and completed the job on time and on budget.
