The quote was 85 to diagnose the issues with the landscape lighting. When he arrives, the technician changed to say it will be 285 to fix. Less than an hour on site he diagnosed the problem has a bad transformer.

I asked by the diagnosis price increased to 285, he mentioned that is the cost, but this seems like a classic bait and switch!! 285/hr to test with a multimeter and spare transformer seems over priced.

Not happy, not impressed. I feel and know I've been ripped off.

Technician replaced an spotlight quickly and cleanly and performed a basic safety check of the electrical system in the house. He offered inexpensive replacement parts and fixes to a couple problems lingering in the house.

We recently renovated our kitchen and needed a plug installed for our new range (switching from an oven/cooktop setup) and needed wiring put in for our dishwasher.

Tron Electric showed up on time, ran the required cable and got everything in working order quickly and at exactly the promised price in the quote. Can't recommend enough.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They arrived on time and were very professional. They installed pot lights in our kitchen and family room and didn't waste time with idle conversation or unnecessary breaks.

David, the lead electrician is awesome. He's done work in our house previously and he always makes sure it's done right.

He was very careful cutting holes and running new wires. his knowledge and experience allowed him to easily overcome the challenges that occur when doing our retrofit job (ceiling joists located where you don't want them to be and a massive steel beam that needed to be worked around). he explained to me what they were doing and why they were doing it a certain way.

A new supply line had to be run from the main panel because I was increasing the number of fixtures on that circuit. I have a partially-finished basement and they managed to do the work with minimal cutting through the drywall. It was an easy patch for me to do after they were gone.

Yes, there was a mess when they cut through the ceiling to install the pot lights, but they covered everything with plastic and cleaned up before they left.

I need another electrical job done in October, after we finish our Kitchen renovation, and I will be calling them to do the work. I highly recommend them to any homeowner.

Dave and Joey arrived within the time frame that was discussed. They were very pleasant and professional. They were able to resolve my electrical problems within the hour. Very happy with the work that was done.

Very professional and friendly team. Explained everything in detail that my wife and I could understand. Cleaned up, and demonstrated the new lighting system for us. Arrived on the scheduled day, and worked steadily through the entire job. Checked wiring in attic to make sure all was good, in addition to the main fuse box in the basement. I have used Solutions Electrical in the past, before their merger with Tron, and they were always honest, excellent and friendly. I found Tron the be equally so.
