We were in the process of renovating our whole house and Peter was highly recommended to us by a family friend. We had an initial meeting to discuss options and what the best finish for our floors would be. He brought us different samples of both water based and oil based finishes to help us out with the decision. The sanding team did a great job at taping everything off and maintaining a clean job site. The guys were not only always on time but really polite and easy to work with. We are really satisfied with the way our old floors turned out and would highly recommend Peter and Premier stairs and floors to anyone looking for a fantastic contractor.

We were very lucky to have found Peter and Premier Stairs and Floors when we decided to replace the old broadloom with engineered hardwood flooring, to stain the existing banisters to match, and to replace the spindles and baseboards throughout our 3-storey house. It was a big project, made more difficult by the fact that the rooms contained furniture which had to be moved out of the way and later returned, but the teams handled the whole thing very professionally and without complaint. They leveled and secured the sub-floors to prevent future creaking, and laid the engineered hardwood beautifully with tight seams and no gaps between planks. Their team of installers were prompt and diligent, but were also friendly and pleasant to have in the house. They were also, thankfully, very honest, as I found out when they came to tell me they`d found some cash under a mattress when moving a bed. (I can't believe I had actually hidden cash under a mattress!) Their price was very reasonable, and was actually the lowest of the four quotes we obtained for the job. (Some of the other companies we requested quotes from never even showed up.) Of course our house now feels brand new and beautiful, and is so much easier to maintain. We highly recommend Premier Stairs and Floors, and have already suggested them to a friend and two family members.
