Countertops review in

I wasn't told that the sides against fridge and stove weren't going to be finished. As a result countertop was installed and now I have a gap.
After numerous emails back and forth with company they simply told me that's the way the come and they were unwilling to do anything about it even though I was willing to pay to get it fixed.
Would not recommend company.
