Just moved into a new house and immediately ran into an issue with the AC condensate pump spilling water all over the floor. I found out about Brae as he left a sticker from when he serviced the house before and I gave him a call. He was able to fix/replace the pump quickly and gave very good advice about the AC setup that I have. I had him come back again to service/health check my AC unit and furnace, fix a wiring problem with my Nest Thermostat and resolve an airflow issue in the upstairs. Very easy to talk to, takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and payment is very easy.
Through this whole process of moving and having trades in and out, Brae is one who I have really lucked out on. I really like his straight forward approach and look forward to working with him for the years to come. Will definitely work with Brae on the big job of replacing the AC unit next year.
