Our townhouse is 7 years old and had the original builders carpet. It was starting to look really gross and we decided to upgrade to hardwood floors. We hired Heritage Floors and was the best decision we made. Janusz is knowledgeable, meticulous and perfection. He is soo great that my mother in law in now considering redoing her whole house.

The house had carpet on the stairs going into the basement so i had Heritage Flooring remove the carpet inspect the stairs fix anything wrong with the stairs, then Heritage Flooring purchased all the materials recapped the stairs with white oak caps stained to match the basement flooring (perfect match)
All work was performed on time as stated by installer as first quoted, the stairs look awesome and have received a lot of compliments on how nice they have turned out.
I will 100% have Heritage Flooring come back to do the other set of stairs and all the flooring in the whole upstairs (bedrooms and hallways)

Heritage Floors did an exceptional job of replacing our carpeted staircase with a new oak staircase. Excellent attention to detail. Matched the colour perfectly to our existing oak pickets. Also laid new oak floors in upper level and refinished existing wood floors on lower level. Janusz provided a detailed quote and kept us informed of any unexpected issues discovered as the work was unfolding, so there were no surprises when it was time to pay the bill. We have already referred Janusz to several others, who have been equally pleased.
