I found Matt from Premier Smart Homes after my original Control4 dealer dropped the ball.

I've since used Matt for our Control4 install, Home Theater, Cottage A/V needs, and more.

I couldn't recommend someone more than Premier Smart Homes.

In 2018 we moved into a condominium that Premier Smart Homes had previously automated. We were substantially unfamiliar with the technology and needed help to get up-to-speed. Additionally, we wanted to relocate a TV and make a few other changes. When we contacted Premier they were remarkable responsive and extremely helpful. Joel came to our home on several occasions to help us become familiar with the system … consistently demonstrating a customer-centric orientation. He gauged his instruction to our level of understanding and never made us feel that our questions/concerns were anything other than valid.

On a couple of occasions we've experienced some modest problems with the system (largely the consequence of our lack of understanding/familiarity with the various systems. Invariably those challenges occurred during evenings and/or on weekends. When those challenges presented themselves we sent a text to Joel and he responded within 15 minutes. Working remotely he was able to 'fix' our problems and get us back on track.

Based on our experience, we would recommend Joel and Premier Smart Homes without any reservation.

We recently upgraded our home theatre experience and have been delighted with the results. We also upgraded our home security system and had them install outdoor cameras around the perimeter of our house.
Anytime we have questions or require minor modifications, Adam is always helpful and responsive, often being able to do things remotely without even having to visit. So convenient!

Joel and crew were referred to me by Control4 to help fix and cleanup mistakes by a previous dealer. A huge task coming in as my system was partially setup so they had to quickly understand the workings and get on it. These guys are amazing not only did they identify major gaps in the previous setup they came up with solutions to resolve. A major issue I had with my previous guy was his time to respond. Happy to say that the same issue does not exist. These guys are fantastic. They acknowledge messages and confirm in an acceptable timeframe when the change has been completed. The group is very knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to work with.

This is the second home that I have worked with Bill, Adam and Matt from Premier Smart Homes. I found them knowledgeable and professional and best of all responsive after the job was done and paid for. If I ever have an issue with my system they have resolved the situation or answered my question(s). The ability to have total control of your audio, video, lighting, security and heating from anywhere is convienent and enjoyable. They make it work.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Bill well before he ventured off on his own to create Premier Smart Homes. At one time (long time ago) I was involved in the Home Automation business but have since moved on.

Once I elected to hang up my boots so to speak I have relied on Bill and his team for many years now both for existing maintenance (programming) of my current home automation system and now my most recent project my basement.

When it comes to workmanship, knowledge, experience, professionalism, integrity, customer service and responsiveness, Bill and his team check all the boxes.
