So glad we contacted Safeway Carpet & Flooring. Due to water damage, we were devastated and in urgent need of floors. Where many contractors avoid downtown condos, refuse small projects, or inflate prices, Sam was helpful, brought samples and went out of his way to quickly find something we would like for a fair price. Although there were many challenges with downtown high-rise condo buildings, his team was patient and accommodating. They were also very efficient and treated our homes with great care and respect. The vinyl floors and baseboards look gorgeous and has changed the look and feel of our home as if it's a brand new home! Best contractors ever!! His team blew us away with their workmanship. The floors are seamless and look so natural!
Thanks to Sam's advice, we now have an eco-friendly floor that appears in 2 different colours that we were torn on. Best of both worlds and we love it!
