Tim came out to help us with our water softener. He was at our home very quickly and solved the problem in no time. We will recommend Fresh Water to everyone!

Phillip was recommended to us by a friend after they had their water filtration system installed following some health concerns that were traced back to their water. We needed to replace an older model reverse osmossis system and had been putting it off. We finally decided the time was right as we were getting a lot of stuff done around the house. It took 2 people and a very long day but we had the water filter system replaced, a new softener and Phillip even fixed a laundry tub and pointed out some other work that should be done. End result is our water tastes great now and we don't feel the need to buy bottled water which is wasteful and often full of sodium and minerals that were tough to clean on our pet fountain. We initially called Fresh Water for a water softener repair. The service man (Phillip) told us what part may be required but could not obtain it himself . He had told us before coming that if he could not fix the unit he would not charge for the service call, which he did not. In the end we had to replace the unit. Again Phillip came to do the installation. He arrived on time was polite, friendly and very informative about the new unit. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a water softener.
