Literally it took 2 minutes to get a response from Taha.... Tarek was at my home the next day.... he looked at my roof and photographed the affected section of the roof where the racoon was getting in.... showed me the photos and put a plan into place right then and there. The racoon trap worked in days.... Tarek was by today to remove the one way door and repaired my roof ensuring no additional visits.
Tarek was awesome to deal with... personable, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this company.
