Tahar responded within minutes (seriously, less than 10 minutes) after I put out the HomeStars request. He arrived as scheduled and correctly assessed our issue with rats burrowing under our pool deck and eating excess birdseed from our backyard as well as our neighbours. He installed these amazing bait cages that look like garden rocks strategically through both our gardens. His price included the rock bait cages, a second visit to reassess and refill the bait. Tahar was pleasant, prompt and professional.
