I had a kitchen faucet replaced as the set screw was worn out. I also had a bathroom faucet replaced that was unusual. The original contractor cut the granite counter wrong. This left very little clearance at the back of the tap. Ryan was able to install a new faucet effectively. I love it!

We live in an older home in an area where there's a high water table. After the June 13 storm we were in dire straights with continual water seepage and we were ready for a sump pump. I networked with five companies and Ryan was prompt, answered all of our questions and was the most competitive with pricing. During the repair there came problems and our house presented unseen challenges (too much rebar, extremely saturated clay soil, need for an additional mud pump rental). Ryan kept his original qoute and never faulted in his supportive stance. Now the work is done and we are pleased!

Ryan is an excellent person to work with. I hired him for my plumbing and gas line relocation. He did an excellent job. I would recommend him for any home renovations. He is very reliable and responsive person to deal with.

I'm changing my original review. The initial service was fine, but a leak occurred in the some area 7ish months later.

It was really disheartening and frustrating because I was not getting a response to my emails and voicemails, yet there were active customers commenting on homestars during the same time period. It felt like my needs were being pushed aside or rescheduled or my email would get lost. On my part, I had to cancel the final appointment due to the flu, but I ended up getting the leak checked out by someone else because I got tired of the chasing.

We purchased a rental property which needed legalizing. Ryan completed the work in short order and it passed inspection without issues.
