Damian and his crew always do such an amazing job with our roof repairs. Damian and his crew are caring, hard working and highly skilled, which is very evident through the work that they do. They are very reliable and I always reach out to them whenever our roof needs repairs. I have gotten major and minor roof repairs done with the Nailed It crew, and they have always completed the job with the best quality service. I hired Nailed it Roofing in January 2020 to fix a minor roof leak (from snow and ice buildup) at my newly built home in Toronto. I paid approx $400 for the work, which consisted of them resealing a skylight. I was told that if the issue came back, they would gladly come back and warranty the work. The issue disappeared when the weather improved, however I noticed that when the heavy rain season started, the leak came back In exactly the same spot. I contacted the team's Office and spoke to Damian, the owner, who promptly sent out his "A Team" right away to resolve my concerns. I very much appreciate the responsiveness, professionalism and support from Nailed it Roofing and would recommend them for any roofing work.

I was shopping for new roof past 3 month, Demian and his team were highly recommend so I've decided to use them . We had to postpone work for one day due to the rain but everything else was professionally done. Guys came on time , and everything went smooth. They consulted with me 5 times before they drill the hole for Sun tunnel. My neighbors and me are very happy with their work. My staircase has no window so this sun tunnel came like BINGO ! So beautiful, I am very pleased with quality of work and reasonable price. Everything was explained clearly with no hidden charges. I wish every contractor does this quality of work. Damian came to provide a quote with several options. He provided multiple selection of shingles to choose the quality, colour and expense. We were not looking for the cheapest products. We are comfortable knowing that we did receive the best value of products, workmanship and customer service.
We found them to be very professional, thorough and efficient. I was very impressed that they placed tarps on the back deck and in the front and side yards to protect from any fallen debris.

Our roof looks great, really happy with the finished quality. The crew were friendly and courteous. You could tell they were putting in effort the whole job. Damien and Emily educated us and walked us through the process leading up to the job with a number of decisions and reconsiderations on our part. Great job team.

A last rush call to 'Nailed It', really put me a better peace of mind. I explained my situation and an approximate quote over the phone was provided. I asked for the service ASAP and responded saying they can do the work the same day they took my call. We schedule a time and two hardworking service men by the name of Hugo and Nacho were on time. They called just before arriving to ensure that I was available. Excellent service completed in a relatively timely manner. No fuss no hassles. These guys knew exactly what to do and had all the necessary equipment to do the work.

I had a leaky roof and every time it rains water would drip into our bedroom. I talked with Nailed It and they had a crew out in 2 hours. They took before and after photos and explained to me the problem. They quickly went to work and fixed the leak. Hugo and Nacho patched up the roof and fixed the leaking chimney flashing. They made sure I understood what was the cause and explained how they fixed it. If I ever have any roofing needs I will call these guys for sure. Nailed It was very professional, and got the job done quickly. Thumbs up Nailed It.
