The lead on this project was Adam with assistance from Hayden. They were very polite, courteous and respectful of my home and myself. They cleaned up after themselves as well as the electrician, who came in to inspect their work and to hook up the electrical part of the job. The heater on the unit works great, haven't tried the air conditioning yet (too cold).

The service men were prompt and friendly. They answered any questions and let me check out their work. The heaters were greatly appreciated

From first contact, initial consultation, through installation to follow-up Cross Heating and AC acted professionally, courteously, and in a timely manner. Their installation was completed within about two weeks of our signing the contract which we thought was surprisingly lower than we expected.
