Waterproofing PD

Excellent work. Waterproofing PD is fair and honest, competes the Exterior waterproofing work on time and as promised. We weren't sure of the extent of the work needed when starting, so team provided multiple options and prices depending on what we found when he started digging.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Waterproofing PD. and I can confidently say that it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, they were highly knowledgeable and professional, providing me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I was impressed with their exceptional attention to detail and the high-quality workmanship that they delivered on my Interior waterproofing project.

We had water coming in from a small crack running down from a basement window. Tim and Michael excavated a roughly 8 ft area around the window (by hand), sealed the crack, installed a barrier on that part of the foundation, and put in a window well with drainage. They worked hard and quickly, finishing in a day. A/C had to be disconnected/reconnected as well. Edgar was excellent to deal with and price was competitive. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Had water coming in after another company had installed a sump pump. 1st dig removed part of deck, dug to foundation, repaired crack and replaced drain which was filled with branches. They filled it back and repaired the deck. They put in a new window well.
Vlad recommended second repair as the sump pump was not connected to exterior drain. Alex and crew (2nd dig) did considerable work to connect the sump pump, move the valve to where it should be, replace the full pipe so it wouldn't separate again. They found another crack under the window as well and repaired it. They put a new window well at this side window.
They were all hard workers and very thorough. Vlad went above and beyond to help with returning the dehumidifiers. They responded in a timely manner and very courteous. Alex worked very hard to fix the sump pump.

This is a team of true professionals. The quote was clear; the workers were on time, and even though the work itself was messy, the workers did an amazing clean up job. Many months later, and my basement is dry. I was extra impress that when a glitch came up after I'd paid, the team came out again the very next day to fix the issue, which wasn't even their fault. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are honest, hard-working pros.

We are VERY pleased!! Vlad and his team responded quickly to our request for a quote and a couple of weeks later the work was completed. They did a great job, worked hard, were patient with all my questions, took time to explain things, and left the work site clean. Waterproofing PD is a great company, fixed my leaky basement, excellent customer service, highly recommended.

Edgar & his crew did a great job and went over & beyond what was asked of them…the quotation provided for the project was in match with other waterproofing companies in GTA plus they were able to provide 3 custom windows wells & disconnecting and connecting the Air conditioning unit cost included in the quote which made us choose them for this project. The crew came & left on time every day and cleaned the work area before they left. After the completion of the project in couple of weeks there was some land slide which is expected. We called Edgar and the same day the issue was taken care but filling with gravel. So I would definitely recommend Waterproofing PD.

My mother’s basement was leaking for a number of years and required complete excavation along the foundation and the sealing of the basement wall and new weeping tile. Waterproofing PD gave us a very competitive estimate and complete Ted the work as soon as was possible in light of the winter weather. The team worked quickly and left the property in a clean state of repair as shown in the attached photo. We were very pleased with the work.
