Plumbing review in

I had claw foot tub that was leaking at the drain and one of the brass supply lines was damaged.
Alex called me very shortly after I submitted the request, which was probably around 9PM. He took the time to understand the problem and we talked through the repair options. He also made an initial visit to inspect the problem and give an estimate on cost and timing.
The job was completed with a couple of days and he even followed up with a phone call to see if everything was still okay.
I will absolutely call him again with any plumbing work.
