Plumbing review in

Flood from 1st floor to basement when I wasn't around so I did not know fully what happened. Turns out to be simple toilet back up (vs leading pipe). Alex diagnosed it on the phone Sunday morning, I tried unplugged the toilet everything is fine. No charge from Alex. This guy is great help pin point problem, suggestions and very honest. I have no hesitation to call on Alex if I have any issues in plumbing in the future. PS: Alex did not charge, but I can't seem to add comment without putting numeric to $ field for submitting comments.
