We had a mysterious leak from out ensuite that needed diagnosis as well as a leaking valve cartridge and a broken spout diverted valve in various washrooms. Yuriy, the Owner & operator, was very good in communication and confirmation of the appointments. While here, he laid down runners and tarps to minimize dirt & dust as he was cutting into the ceiling drywall. While here, he helped diagnose another problem with a cracked PVC drain pipe. Yuriy is a straightforward guy who tells it like it is and takes care and pride in his work. He has integrity and respect, which is key to me being a repeat customer.
