I recently had the pleasure of working with Rycon Roofing and their owner Dale for a roof installation in Hamilton. I am beyond impressed with the level of service and expertise provided by the entire team. From start to finish, Dale and his crew were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction.

The roof installation was completed in a timely manner and to the highest quality standards. Dale was extremely knowledgeable and provided valuable insights and recommendations throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had, and I felt confident in his ability to get the job done right.

The finished product was exactly what I had envisioned and I couldn't be happier with my new roof. I have already received numerous compliments from friends and neighbors on the beauty and quality of the work done by Rycon Roofing.

Dale and his team were quick to reply, quoted a reasonable rate for my job and were there within a couple of days to complete the task to spec. They were pleasant, affordable and did a great job. I recommend this contractor and would use him again!

I have to find a roof guy to repair my roof every year. Thanks for the shingle manufacturer and builder ‘s quality nowadays. This time called in and got fixed in the same day from Rycon Roofing. The roofer did a very good and clean job. He picked up all the pieces even at the far end corner covered by deep snow. The roof on my front porch lifted an s started making a terrible banging noise, not wanting to disturb my neighbours. I looked on kijiji for a handy man.
I found Dale (Ryconroofing) called and he came and fixed my problem the same day. I told Dale I couldn’t afford much, he gave me a great price. I’m very pleased with Dale and my neighbours are also thankful to Dale.

I had a roof leak and called several companies. Dale was the only one to respond to my call. I expressed my concerns that I am renovating my home and my new drywall was getting leaked on. Dale came out in the rain, inspected my roof, took pictures and showed me the issue. We agreed on a price and within 3 hours he had the materials and was started on the repair in the rain. He was quick, efficient and his price was very reasonable. I never expected he would do the roof repair through the rain! I would definitely recommend Dale for all your roofing needs.

I had minor repair that needed to be quickly fixed . Rycon Roofing arrived on time , had great attitude, fixed effortlessly and was less expensive than other quotes.

Dale is a fantastic roofer. He is also reasonable in his pricing and thoroughly explains what needs to be done and took before and after photos. The end result is high-quality craftsmanship at a reasonable cost. He came by 3 months later to examine a gutter issue I had that produced a leak but was unrelated to the roof, and he fixed it in 15 minutes. What more could you want in a roofer?

Dale and crew did a great job on the roof but the chimney crumbled and they never came back to shore up or repair. Keep calling but no answer and they don't return messages or emails.

these people took my money for materials and then I never heard from them again complete rip offs owner Dale seemed to be drugged out when he came to do the quote I would not recommend. He was obnoxious and arrogant but talked a great game just no follow through horrible service and no response from them since

Hired Rycon Roofing to redo my roof, they were a friendly & hard working crew. roof looks great and my yard is cleaner then before they came! i will definitely recommend Rycon Roofing to family and friends!
