These people are terrific. Office staff is prompt and very helpful - scheduling is easy and efficient. The service staff is similarly helpful - addressed fridge/freezer issues and provided very useful advice for ongoing maintenance. We're very glad these are the people we called for our service needs.

It was very professional came and fixed my Samsung Dryer, he advised me of the problem and how much it was going to cost to repair, prices were affordable. I would call again if I need something else fixed for sure.

We had Same Day Appliance install our new Kitchen Aid dishwasher recently. The service man had our old dishwasher out and the new Kitchen Aid dishwasher installed and working perfectly in no time at all! This guy is so knowledgeable about the equipment! He even showed us how to remove and clean the filter to keep our dishwasher working in top order.

I have used Same Day Appliance Repair twice now, and I am pleased with the service provided. They were able to book me for an appointment the same day and the service tech was able to diagnose and repair the problem in one visit. He determined the water pump needed to be replaced after ruling out other possible issues and had the part necessary to complete the repair. He also levelled my machine and replaced some missing screws on the door at the same time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

He was polite, professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing, why and what possible issues may be present. He fixed the problem then educated me on some proper maintenance to help extend the appliance's life. The bill was as expected and I was able to pay with a credit card on site.

Had some issues with our dishwasher not properly draining and I found Same Day Appliance Repair via a google search. The lady I spoke with was pleasant on the phone and could get someone to my home in less than 2 hours from the first phone call. Artie was very friendly, trustworthy and explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He left to get a part and was back within 30 mins to complete the job. Our dishwasher is now working better than it was before the drainage issue. The price for the work was fair and i'll be using them for any future appliance issues!

The tech came to the house exactly at the arranged time. His name was Artie and he worked very hard to get my washing mashing fixed. He was there three hours, trying everything. When he finally found that it would need a costly part, we discussed it and agreed that it was time to let the washer go and get a new one.
