Our fridge quit working, so we looked for an appliance repair place that offers instant service. We came across Same Day Appliance Repair and called and the repairman was at our home within three hours. He found the problem and had parts with him. Our fridge now works.
We were pleased with the women who took our call and the repairman who did the work...he was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient.

The Technician was here within hours of my call and solved the problem. He was careful, efficient and definitely cost effective. Fantastic Service. Most repair shops say they will come out and have a look to find the problem. They asked all the right questions on the phone before the technician arrived. They arrived the same day, repaired the problem with the right parts, and at the same price as they quoted.

When I called, the first person I talked to knew what they were talking about. No need to wait for a callback, but this person was very informative and plenty of right questions to ask. They were able to come the next day and easily find the issue with our freezer.

For the longest time, my fridge has been leaking on the inside. I don't know why I didn't call in a repair person sooner!
Upon getting a call back each time, the person on the phone was very understanding and prompt. She provided me with options to put my food since my fridge needed to be emptied, and I have no coolers. She and I had a good laugh over some confusion...I have been under a lot of stress and this was the first time in a couple of weeks I had laughed!
The repairman came on time, and was very quick with fixing my fridge.
