I highly recommend Pave-Way ! The base was prepared after consulting with me. The foreman listened and incorporated my ideas. A week later the interlocking crew arrived and did an excellent job. Finally, after a few weeks the asphalt was laid by another professional group. Don't hesitate if you need a new driveway, Dave did his best to deliver a high, quality job!

We needed our driveway repaired, including ripping up the old asphalt and repaving with new asphalt. Our driveway is on a major street, is on an incline, and irregular in shape, making the job challenging at best. The folks at Pave-Way Asphalt were very professional, accommodating, and on time. The job was better than any others on our street and the new asphalt held up very well. A small area that was damaged by heavy machinery (delivering soil) was spotted, and the folks at Pave-Way Asphalt were more than happy to repair it quickly. Very highly recommended.

Paving was done in a timely fashion. Every step was explained honestly. When work was being done, we were warned about a potential problems which allowed us to make modifications to the plan. This change did cost the contractors/owners. However, this saved us future costly issues.

Please do your homework before you hire somebody.
Subgrade should be compacted on wet agregates and not dry like they do.
This should be done day before placing asphalt not in the same day like they try.
The asphalt should be minimum 3 inches after compaction, they try to put "3 inches hot" on contract so you in the end you get 2 inches.
Ask for tack coat before starting to place asphalt for a good bond.
Ask for crushed gravel to be clean and not garbage from all kind of excavations .
Ask them to use string line for spreading the gravel .
Try to be the first customer on that day otherwise they will pour colder asphalt so you will get rough finish , honeycombs and cracks in one year or so.
If they agree with all these requirement and sales person Salvatore will promise everything what you asked for go to next step and look for another company, you will get only nice stories.

I hired Pave-Way in the early Spring to remove my old driveway and replace it with a new one. The job was on hold due to COVID. Last week the curb was installed but was not straight. I called Dave and he told me to meet with the crew foreman when they came to install the driveway.
The crew were an awesome bunch of guys. They ripped it all up and replaced it perfectly.
The asphalt was installed and my new driveway turned out great!
I certainly made the right choice going with Pave-way.
