Broke fence while preparing the driveway, there is a 3x3x1 indentation on a front step and 12 months later have not repaired either. Sealing not done properly as tree seeds in the spring have stained a portion of the driveway.
They also broke the city sidewalk and I eventually got the city to replace it even though the company should have done so.

Our backyard was a ravine, which was nice but not functional. Procrete created levels to the backyard while preserving the beauty of the view. I was a little skeptical of the layout at first, but now that its come together I am blown away with how incredible it looks!

We hired Brandon to replace our asphalt driveway with a concrete one and renovate the front of our property. Brandon and his team were a joy to work with. They were friendly, punctual, and detail oriented. They listened to our feedback on the project and accommodated all of our requests. If you're looking to have some concrete work done around your house I would highly recommend ProCrete. They did a great job on our driveway, extension, sidewalk and backyard. They removed our old ugly looking asphalt driveway and turned it into a nice looking driveway. Big thanks goes to Jeff, Brandon and the rest of the team. Our front walk was plain white concrete and ProCrete did an awesome job by removing the old and replacing it with exposed aggregate. I was able to observe their professional approach to the entire project (even with the green rubber boots and the guys singing to 80s tunes as they poured the concrete - a clear indication they enjoy their work, which reflects well on the finished product). We even received feedback from another professional who said the work was perfect. We are so happy with the finished work. This was a foundation wall sealing project for an old stone foundation wall for a log house that is approximately 160 years old. Carefully excavated, we discovered the outer foundation wall was simply stacked field stones without any exterior parging of any kind. The wall was also very irregular and stones could easily be loostened by hand. ProCrete immediately cautioned against full wall exposure around the corners to adjacent new addition structures due to the nature of the wall. So we agreed to focus on the stretch of the wall where leakage was evident. They identified a below ground drain that was open and leaking right at the foundation wall, as well as an old basement window just below ground level with a skewed window frame, no runoff or drainage.
To be able to Blueskin the wall they had to form and pour footings and a thin concrete outer wall filling in the stone wall irregularities. Proper drainage was secured for the downspout and window as well as a gravel drainage bed over the footings.
The crew was efficient, informative, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. The job was executed to my full satisfaction at every stage. This company takes pride in their work and does not cut corners to save a few dollars on costs and pocket extra profit. They do the job right - a tough attitude to find sometimes amongst first time contractors you don't know.
Our basement wall is now dry as a bone, whereas before it leaked after every substantial rainfall or snow melt. I would retain ProCrete again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone seeking quality work, done right and at a fair, competitive price.
