I booked this company to clean a large fabric sectional sofa, two fabric arms chairs, a set of dining chairs and a mattress. They were easy to communicate with and book. I was very happy with the quality of the clean and their professionalism overall. I would be happy to recommend them.

I picked Mohamed because of the telephone conversation. I felt comfortable and felt I could trust him.
I was impressed by his cleaning method, the hose, the big water tank he brings in the house.
Although a couple of stains didn't come off completely, he did a good job. My carpets are old but mostly clean. Every two years I hire cleaners to wash it. Mohamed washed them as the previous cleaners did, but the difference is that the colour came back. If my son noticed the difference when he came to visit, it means that he really did an excellent job.

Cleaned & repositioned several area rugs. One oddly shaped and tricky to place. Stains gone. Beautiful rich colour came back. Muhamad gives clear explanations and takes pride in good work. Thank you.

Mohammed was a pleasure to deal with. Very easy quote and booking process, where he explained the details, pricing and how he works on the phone, and the time of service was confirmed via text.

Prior to service date a reminder was automatically sent and confirmed by text.

He showed up promptly at the house to clean the carpets, was very professional, kind and personable and the results are excellent.

Ideal provided excellent service every step of the way, from response to my inquiry onward at an excellent price. Mohamud was on time, friendly and extremely hard working and efficient. I had thought that parts of the wall to wall carpet would have to be replaced due to stains others had been unable to remove, however, Mohamud removed the stains. We are very pleased with Ideal Interior Care, will definitely use their services again and do not hesitate to recommend them.

I spoke with Mohamad a few times before arranging for him to pick up the rug. He showed up on time to pick up the rug and then called me when they'd had a chance to look at it and discussed my options (cleaning only or having Ideal perform the repairs as well). I agreed to have the binding repaired. Ideal serges by hand. The rug looks unbelievable good. I am really impressed. I don't hesitate to recommend Mohamad and Idea. The rug that was cleaned was a 6'x9' Persian carpet.

I only hired Mohammed as I read good reviews. I had cleared out my entire living/dining room, with the exception of a very heavy, rustic, solid wood coffee table. When I returned to the area, Mohammed, without asking my permission, had moved the coffee table into my kitchen. I could barely get it back out and it had to be turned at an angle to get it back out. I then saw that one of the table's THICK METAL HINGES WAS BENT -- with a LARGE HEAVY BOLT COMPLETELY MISSING! This table was PERFECT, assembled only months ago in my apt, and NO PARTS WERE BENT OR MISSING!!!

Mohammed would not admit he did it. At first he said he would come by in 2 days and have a look, then he told me to look for the bolt (which he obviously threw away, so I wouldn't know what happened). The angrier I got, the more he denied being responsible.

MOHAMMED IS A DISHONEST PERSON WHO DOES NOT ADMIT WHEN HE CAUSES DAMAGE. DO NOT HIRE HIM, LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!

My dog soiled my off-white carpet in three spots. I tried to clean the area myself by spot cleaning and then using a steam cleaner. That made it worse and about 5x the size of the original spots. I sent Mohamad pictures and he was very reassuring. When I met him in person, he was very nice and took the time to explain to me the process he would undertake. He even did an extra spot where tea had been spilled some time ago at no extra cost. Mohamad is very professional and pleasant and obviously takes pride in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Ideal Interior Care Ltd - in fact, I plan to have them clean and repair a Persian wool rug in the not too distant future.
