Excellent service from Mohamad in cleaning the pretty badly stained carpets in the 2 bedrooms of my condo. Booking was easy and quotes are straightforward with no hidden fees. Arrived on time and did a very thorough job. My carpets looks brand new now (see pics!). Excellent communication and respectful throughout, and even wiped down my hallway after the job is done. Would 100% recommend.

I contacted Dirt Dragger for support cleaning my stairs, hallway and 1 room. Within a few hours I had a detailed service quote and links to information. 2 days later and the job was completed perfectly. Such professionalism and efficiency.

We needed my carpets cleaned before a sale and Kamran was very friendly, timely and helpful with the service. We needed 4 bedrooms plus our hallway done and his price was also fair. We would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Scoop or work: 2 storey town house fully carpeted wth lots of stairs, sofa set and the tiles in the kitchen. Town house was rented out for 3 years and was in horrible condition. Carpets were stained and dirty. Mohammad did a terrific job in bringing the carpets and furniture to life, absolutely thrilled with the results. Very reasonable quote and quality work done.

We hired Dirt Dragger based on great reviews on HomeStars and on his first visit, Mohamad was very friendly, professional and performed the cleaning on our Minotti sofa. We had stressed the fact that this was an expensive sofa that we cared for diligently since buying it. Unfortunately, the next day when the cleaning solution had dried, we had brown stain residue over every piece of the sofa and cushions. Mohamad returned and used a rinsing agent to try and remove the stains but the next day the stains remained. Mohamad kept blaming the stains on 'possible agents we had used to upkeep or clean the sofa' but at the end of the day, it was because the sofa material contained viscose and the cleaning solution Mohamad had used reacts adversley to viscose. As Mohamad stated he had no other ways to remove the stain, we had to employ a substantially more expensive firm to remove the stain (which they did successfully). I had asked Mohamad for a refund of our fee and he seemed agreeable to this, asking for an email address to send the refund to. However, he went silent, ignoring multiple subsequent emails which seem to show his true colors when it comes to customer service. He says all the right things and if nothing goes wrong there's no problem. But be wary as if something does go wrong, he talks a good talk but at the end of the day fails to live up to his self proclaimed standards on customer service. I truly believe it's what a company does in the 1-5% times something goes wrong that truly defines their trustworthiness and reputation. I would've given 3 stars for effort on his part if he hadn't gone silent.

Thanks to Dirt Dragger for yesterday's visit to bring both of our white, 6 year old Barrymore sofas back to almost pristine condition. Just waiting for them to dry a little further before we start using them again.

My light-coloured fabric sofa is eight years old, and we live with two messy kids and a dog. I almost got rid of the sofa before I decided to give it a chance with Dirt Dragger. And, the sofa is now like new! Service was fast and efficient. Highly recommended!
