Mohammed was very friendly and professional in his services. He arrived on time and bought all the equipment needed. The cleaning service was great as we saw a huge difference before and after. The carpets were shining and softer after his service. He took his time to vacuum the carpet completely, from the sides as well, and then worked his way to steam clean and deodorize the carpet. Overall great service and will totally recommend using this carpet cleaning company.

Mohammed did an excellent job with our carpet and mattress cleaning. He provided a very through and detailed response upon initial enquiry to help me understand the process and his service. He was very professional and friendly throughout our interactions. The work started with a through deep vacuum. I have a dyson which I love and with his vacuuming was able to get a lot more fine dust despite my vacuuming the day before. He then used a shampoo agitator to get out difficult dirt and stains. This was then followed by steam extraction. This multiple step process was incredible as I saw results right away. Will definitely use him again and highly recommend the company to others

Mohamed is very polite and thorough. He took time to explain the process, and how to get the best long term results with tips on care his treatment. He works very hard, and I am very pleased with the results.

Mohamed took care of a small job for me. He was on time to the minute, professionally dressed and knew his equipment inside and out. The job was done efficiently but not in a hurry, and most importantly the carpet looks brand new, like it was installed yesterday. I initially decided to call this company because of the many wonderful reviews. I also called a few other companies for quotes. When Mohammed returned my call (very promptly) he came across as such a nice guy and he gave me a quote over the phone. His quote was not the cheapest, but by far not the most expensive, and one I considered very reasonable.

Mohamed arrived right when he said he would with all the necessary equipment and really is a very nice guy.

Our carpets were extremely dirty. They are a light coloured Berber carpet and I think they have been in the house for 25 years. We have been here for five and I have cleaned them once myself (never again. It was backbreaking and the results were mediocre). Mohamed got straight to it. He worked very hard with efficiency and was done in good time.

I would never consider calling anyone else for carpet cleaning, and I would 100% recommend Ideal Interior Care to anyone.

Mohamad is a pleasure to work with. Explains and discusses all procedures and options. Very neat and considerate of our home. And the results are excellent! My only regret is I have not had them cleaned before in many years - partly because I thought it would cost a lot more.

I had a set of stairs and two area rugs cleaned by Mr. Kamran. Not only did he do an amazing job cleaning the carpets, but he was courteous, friendly, considerate and professional. He was in communication in a timely way, even letting me know that he was en route to my home. The price was competitive. I cannot speak highly enough of him and the job he did.
