Peter and his crew showed up as promised and worked very hard. The stamped concrete patio looks beautiful. The guys even went above and beyond and spread the piles of pea gravel (dug out from existing patio) to be used on our country laneway, even though I had said I would take care of that.

Very pleased with the result, Peter and his crew were very professional and pleasant to deal with. The transformation far exceeded our expectations, would recommend them without hesitation. Flagstone is so much prettier than straight concrete.

Peter and his team checked in regularly and communicated any questions, issues, and decisions with us before proceeding so we had a chance to weigh in and make choices. We hired Petro and his crew to come and do a concrete patio, and a side walkway, along with front steps, a slab and weeping tile for good water removal. We are happy with how it turned out. Petro finished everything according to plan, and we will consider hiring Petro in the future.

We are VERY happy with the outcome of the work done by SVD Restoration. From the beginning of the job where Peter contacted us and replied to our texts instantaneously, through the job which was done in a very professional way and which was finished in the time frame we were told. Peter had suggestions which helped the completed project look excellent. I would use this company and refer this company in a heart beat.

Peter and his team rescued me as I had another contractor run off in the middle of the job. Peter and his team got in contact with the engineer and followed the plans with the guidance of the engineer. This gave me total peace of mind. The job was quoted with 10 inch blocks but Peter put in 12 inch blocks with extra cement. The finish shows pride an detail in his work

Peter was very easy to deal with: quick response to text, emails and phone calls. At the day of work, they showed up on time, informed us about a work schedule and started a job. All was done as they told us: clean, professional and on time. The whole crew was very nice. Next day they showed up on time to finalize project (needed to be done after cement has cured ). Whole job was done in the quoted amount.

Petr and his crew were fantastic. They showed up on time, were very polite, and maintained a clean job site. They even responded to my neighbour's complaint about the noise (of the jack hammer) by delaying their start time a bit. And the garage floor looks amazing!

From 29th of August 2021:
From minimum three years I am waiting Svd Restoration to repair their defects. Look on the pictures the Svd Restoration's defects which appeared only after three years done by Svd Restoration, cracks in the concrete, etc. They refuse to repair these, this is the problem. I do not recommend Svd Restoration.

Needed emergency work to excavate a leaking gas pipe under a concrete porch.

Petro responded immediately and had the porch cut so the gas crew could get to the pipe. He refilled and resurfaced it after the crew was done, then got new tiles and retiled the porch.

Excellent, timely service! Good communication with phone and email. Worked with us to get the right colour and style of tile for the resurface. Kept worksite clean.
