I am extremely happy to choose MBA Aluminium for replacing my old eavestrough.

Actually, I was on holidays along with my family and my neighbor sent me a photo of one of the leaking downspouts. I got panicked and immediately jumped on to the Homestar website. Started searching for professionals. After reading positive comments, I selected one of the top-rated companies.

I called them, response was very good, I explained them the scenario, shared the photo of the leakage downspout. Asked for a visit to ascertain the entire situation and to submit a quote. I was surprised to his answer, the gentleman said regardless of the work, they will charge $550 + Tax for the visit. I asked him what if the work is of less value, he said this is the min. Out of curiosity, I asked him, what if I need to change the entire eavestrough system, the gentleman asked my home address and said he will assess the house on Google Map and will submit the quote, I was surprised again, I said, you will not visit the property to have a better understanding of the job. He said no.

After 1 hour he sent me the Quotation through email costing in five figures, I was shocked..... and lost the trust on this company.

I again searched on Homestar, and found MBA Aluminium, read the positive comments. I called them and left a message on the answering machine. Next day, early morning Bledar called me, I explained him the situation. He said he will visit the property and will advise me accordingly. Remember, he did not ask any money for the visit.

Next day he visited & evaluated the job and explained me in detail what needs to be done. I asked him what if I change the entire system, he said it can be done and the price he offered was 60% less than what the other company has quoted with the same specs of material.

Bear in mind, I along with my family were out of town. He came as per his scheduled date and fixed the job and was constantly online with me through video call. He went extra mile by fixing some shingles which were loose and did not charge anything. He did not ask for Advance Payment and neither he did ask me when I will pay him once he completed his job. I did pay him via e-transfer.

Bledar is a very honest and professional person, it's very difficult to find such people these days. I am lucky to find him and will highly recommend MBA Aluminum for Eavestrough and other associated jobs.
