Holden is exceptional. He is professional, friendly, and organized and guides you through the whole process from conception to permit and finally to realization of your project. We had many other contractors come in over several years and take a look at our wall removal, and he was the only one who took the time to actually figure it all out (it was not typical!) and then explained it to us. He brought in engineers the next week who helped finalize the plan. He showed up on time, every single time (or let me know if he was going to be a few minutes late) and did a fantastic job, to specification and on time. Holden and Chris did a great job with the demo and beam installation, cleaning up as they went along, and kept us updated about what was going on, including some unexpected hiccups, which were resolved by a quick call to the engineer. At the end of the day, they stayed to sweep up and even vacuumed to minimize the dust, which was great.
We had a small problem at the end with our stove getting cracked and it was dealt with reasonably and politely. I would recommend him and his team 100%.

During the construction they did not rush, took time to complete the job, with inspections, and where so clean. Job complete, as promised, and on schedule. My basement project can continue, with the wide open space i envisioned, Thanks to the new ibeam and support that Holden and his team have installed. Our kitchen renovation required the removal of a load bearing wall. Our general contractor hired Larcon who specializes this kind of work. We found them expedient in ordering materials and setting up a date for construction. They did excellent quality work at a reasonable price and acted with courtesy and professionalism.
