As a carpenter and a homeowner taking on a full gut reno of a 2800 sq ft home, I can confidently saying that working with Holden and Larcon Structural was the best experience I have had hiring/working along side a contractor. The professionalism, knowledge and workmanship that Larcon had throughout the entire project, from initial consult to final day clean up was outstanding. They showed up on time, worked quickly and most importantly (for me) worked very cleanly. The project was finished a day earlier than scheduled, and upon inspection both architect and building inspector were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work. I can not speak more highly of Larcon Structural. They will be the only contractor that I would hire for my projects, and the only recommendation that I will give for anyone looking to hire a contractor for a load bearing wall removal project.

We needed 2 load bearing walls removed to achieve the main floor layout we wanted so we contacted Larcon. We ended up having 2 - 15ft+ steel beams and 1 LVL installed. Holden and team were professional, on time and a pleasure to work with. Holden doesn’t hesitate to help and answer any questions you have. Larcon Structural were extremely professional, accurate, courteous and they completed a complex install on time and on budget. Since I was working from home due to Covid I was concerned about the disruption but, they were very accommodating and minimized both noise and dust. I would highly recommend them.

I hired the Larcon team to remove a structural wall between my galley kitchen and dining room. They were fantastic- the job was done on schedule and budget. The crew were friendly and polite and vacuumed up completely before leaving. Their work is top notch and my house feels more stable now than it did with the wall. I dealt with Larcon directly (not through a general contractor) and they made it easy for me. I cannot recommend them enough. It was a pleasure working with them.

From the start very good at reviewing the scope of project, planning it out and explaining what needed to be done. Everyday explained what they were doing and got it done. Completed on time and as planned. Very happy with Larcon’s work.

Holden and his team did a great job. We got a few quotes, and although they were not the cheapest, I could tell right away they were the most knowledgeable. And trust me, who wants to take a chance on something so important? They showed up exactly on time, and even helped me shovel snow before starting the job. The job ended up with some complications which cost them an extra days work, but there was never any discussion about any extra charges. We have an old house with plaster and I don't even think any plaster was cracked after they were done. They also cleaned up the site every day really well. top notch!
