After finding Neo Kitchens on HomeStars, we met with Michael, several times to discuss possible kitchen designs. We interviewed seven different companies before selecting Neo Kitchens. Michael was very patient and listened to our ideas. He provided us with a copy of his contract and cost based on our drawings at our first meeting. He gave us an estimated timeline which met with our needs. We made a slight change in the layout and Michael updated the drawings and we moved forward with our custom kitchen order. His support staff, Gaby, and his installers are excellent—meticulous and respectful of your home. Michael is trustworthy, fully transparent, will deliver the kitchen you order and there will be absolutely no surprises! We highly recommend Neo Kitchens!

He listened to our ideas and made them work in our space and budget. The kitchen was competed and installed on time, from the planning stages to the end product. Micheal was amazing to work with - he aims to make his customers smile with satisfaction. Although he specializes in providing new cabinets he chose to reface my washroom vanity on an exceptional basis after I informed him that another contractor dishonestly left a paid project unfinished. Micheal interrupted his full schedule and was able to both build my doors/drawers and install within a week. His install team was exceptional - polite, professional and left the area spotless. We signed a contract with Neo kitchen to do the cabinets for a full kitchen renovation project. Michael and his team were very professional and helpful during the initial design phase where we have to choose the materials and finalize the design. Michael was very patient as we went through endless iterations. Michael is very knowledgeable in his trade and provided invaluable advice and expertise during this crucial phase.
The cabinets were delivered on time and the installation team worked very hard day and night to get it in quickly. The team is led by a master cabinet guy who talks little but really knows his stuff. The installation was flawless. Michael was very responsive when we asked for some modifications and even additions after the project was finished. I would highly recommend Neo Kitchen and Michael for any cabinet job.

We were working with a short time timeline and Michael and his team was great at expediting everything for us. He was very prompt, responsive and the kitchen came out beautifully! My wife and I have always wanted to renovate our kitchen, despite our home being only 9 years old (new build). After extensive research into various contractors / kitchen designers that are on the market in the Greater Toronto Area, we chose to put our trust into Neo Kitchen and they delivered in spades. From the outset of the first consultation, to the process of installation and completing the final touches, Neo Kitchen was never short of a) Professionalism and b) Excellent workmanship. Michael is a visionary in Kitchen Design, his experience and ability to understand our needs translated into the kitchen we always wanted. The installation crew was extremely professional, courteous, punctual, and hard working. From start to finish, the installation took approximately 2.5 weeks. I completed the electrical myself and had a separate company complete the countertops and backsplash, but that's only because I have an electrical engineering background and my close friend is in the countertop business. Overall, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the end product (and the process of reaching the end product) and we will use Neo Kitchen again if and when we do another kitchen renovation. I hired Neo Kitchen to do my kitchen renovation. This was my first experience with them and looking at the photos of the previous projects, I was expecting similar results. From day one Michael was a true professional and very easy to work with. He showed us the designs the same day he took measurements and we fell in love. All we had to do is wait for them to install and I can tell you that the look of the kitchen now is beyond my expectations. He did a fantastic job and I highly recommend him.
