I wanna to say thank you to maid4cleaning for coming out last minute before Christmas eve in a snow storm when all other companies were limited or unavailable. I was impressed by the attentiveness of the owner. I really needed a deep cleaning because the original company I hired cancelled on me last minute because of the storm and I was having family and friends coming over as well as some that were already at my house. The crew work diligently with people and children in the way . To say the least my house was transformed into a new home. I was amazed. The crew really has an eye for detail. Thank you Marie and maid4cleaning.

Maid 4 Cleaning was referred to me by my neighbour, which is a first indication of their quality. The team does a great job. I get a text message a day or two ahead of my scheduled cleaning, letting me know what time the crew will be arriving. This is very helpful, especially when Im working from home and would like to make sure Im out of their way. Lots of little touches help me to know that the team has worked systematically through the house. While the crew members to change from time to time according to availability and schedule, they are consistent in quality and attention to detail.
Marie is very responsive to questions and feedback, and has gone out of her way to ensure my satisfaction.

when they first started, they were amazing. But for the last 6 months, the job was never done thoroughly. I even paid an additional $100 to have a deep clean due to having people over for his Celebration of Life and they didn't put any extra care on the cleaning. I paid an additional fee for nothing. When calling the owner she would say that they can come back as it is guaranteed but I don't want to have to look over their shoulders every time to come. It should be done right the first time. I find that they were taking less and less time in cleaning and they appear to be very busy but maybe they are taking on too much. Also, she mentioned that she had to let go of one of her workers because she wasn't doing the job properly.....ok but knowing that, why did you not offer a rebate for the next time? I think I was the most angry for my husband's Celebration of Life as this had to be spotless and she knew how it was important to me. I had been very patient on different occasions where it was not up to par but I now feel she used my patience against me. Up to about 6 months ago, I would have recommended this company but not any longer. Her answer to this when I told her? We are not taking on new clients, we are too busy.
Arrogance is not good. Word will spread and I will make sure of it. I hope your rating goes down so that it will be a learning experience and your arrogance will go down.

I'm too lazy to clean perfectly. Thats why I was looking the cleaning service. I called to this company and will call again and again. Because the result was amazing!

They often do not follow instructions given. Staff keeps changing. The owner is quite rude when any suggestion for improvement is given. I was their customer for over a year (bi-weekly cleaning). When requested using proper garbage bags (from kitchen closet) instead of grocery bags and not to leave behind cleaning clothes, they just wanted to discontinue service. Didnt care about retaining business because of a “long waitlist”. Wish her all the best.
