Marc was our technician and was very efficient and pleasant!
He used plastic corners to protect doors and walls from the hose scraping.
Great communication with this company. They were running way ahead of schedule and were able to come a lot earlier.
Our basement carpet is light coloured and was full of marks from various spills. The carpet is now completely dry and those stains appear to be gone.
