Unfortunately circumstances were such here that this was a job and a customer we chose not to work with so no charges were made because no work was done.
Our $99.99 deal is for a standard clean only. Many of our customers carpets fall into that category but despite being told otherwise this was not the case here. A heavy pre-treat of $50 was needed. A cost of $150 (plus the waste disposal fee & gst) is an extremely good price for the condition of the carpets.....
but in the end the cost could have been $250 as mentioned???? or even double that and we would still have declined the work. Enough said.
As for time keeping.... 'last minute' jobs only have an approximate time slot as we are trying to fit the job around other jobs which have been booked for some time. In order for us to accommodate jobs booked with short notice we do express the need for customers to be flexible. Without speaking to the specifics of this situation it should be emphasized that we keep customers informed of where we are at in our time schedule and when to expect us on site.

Likewise, if your furnace has not been cleaned in quite some time then your system is more likely to be heavily contaminated and an extra charge per vent may apply.
