We are incredibly happy with having VIP Paving do our landscaping project. Since the first conversation with Nathan, he has been very professional and a pleasure to deal with. And the crew who did the work were dedicated and truly went above and beyond to make sure that we are more than satisfied. It was evident they care about the satisfaction of their clients.
We completely revamped both our back and front, installing an interlock patio in the back and a porch with steps up front, with various challenges, such as grading and a raised entrance. The guys were very careful and maticulous.

They were great to work with. It took a bit longer than Nathan expected to excavate the driveway but they were back on on time. We were very happy in the end.

Nathan and his employees were absolutely fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to spruce up their home with concrete, aggregate, ashphalt or anything else you desire! We started off the project explaining to Nathan we wanted the house to look better in terms of the concrete that wrapped around it, and the driveway that needed to be redone. He understood our vision and didn’t try to upsell us. He was very patient while we came to a final decision and then once we did, his team started work almost immediately (less than a week later which is amazing for this business and in the high peak summer season!). His workers were very professional and they even built a little ramp for our renters since they had to enter and exit the house while the concrete was still drying.
When the project was complete, we noticed a few small cracks (my husband said only I would notice it) and when I asked Nathan if he could fix it, he said absolutely no problem! So he is very caring about his work and really wants the customer to be satisfied at the end of the day.
My neighbours loved his work so much, and the price, that they got him to do their driveway too!

I would recommend Nathan to you if you want to pay a reasonable price with a high quality finished product that will last years.

We were searching for a reputable contractor to fix our backyard and front driveway to add extra parking area for over 10yrs! Our corner unit townhouse needed a special care and planning due to a major slope that is part of subdivision structure. To top it up, we have a catch basin that is located at the corner of our property. It caused us many issues in the past and any attempts to fix it, took us back to square one. Our backyard was a mess! When we learned of the plan VIP Paving and Interlocking designed for us, we were so thrilled! Natan and Costa addressed each and every one of our concerns in a creative and unique way that required engineering skills. They transformed the problematic area we had to endure for years, to a fully functional backyard without compromising the drainage issue, that is not only fixed but also improved. Our backyard is looking like an oasis!! The front of the house was also challenging since our grading is sloped and there are lots of measurements to take into an account when constructing a project of this nature. Natan and Costa worked hand in hand with their amazing crew to prefect the entire project like it was their own home. The front of the house interlocking project attracted lots of interest from the neighbours passing by during the construction. Everyone commented about the high quality of work and planning that was evident while the construction took place. we had people stopping by to ask us about our contractor and how amazing our plan looked like, even before it was done! Our backyard interlocking/catch basing and front interlocking project was a huge success and we are confident it will be used as a model for other similar projects for years to come.
