I called Mr. Pozo during a heatwave when my A/C was on the blink. He was done his day and on his way home, but he came over and assessed the problem right away. (Turns out the previous owner did some "creative wiring" of their own.) So, Diego quickly rewired my set up. I'm calling him back to install a new smart thermostat and a new water heater later in the summer. They're busy for a reason-- they're good.

Diego came and replaced my old furnace that broke down one winter night, the following day. He was recommended from a family friend. Came in removed and discarded the old furnace and replaced it with a brand new furnace. The job was professional and everything couldn't have gone any better. Highly recommended.
