Century Paving And Construction

We had our old asphalt driveway removed and replaced with a new one this morning (July 9th). What an awesome experience! We requested several quotes, and only one person responded right away…Alex of Century Paving. He called within a day, came to our home shortly after that and provided a very reasonable quote. Next thing we knew, the old asphalt was torn up…just that quick. After the prescribed waiting period, it was time to arrange a date for paving. Would you believe Alex and his crew showed up this week to lay the new pavement…this week, when temperatures were soaring to the mid 30’s, felling like 40’s? Alex was a joy to work with throughout the entire process! He returned phone calls quickly and constantly kept us updated. His crew was amazing, completing the job so quickly. We would give 100 stars for such excellent customer service, a rare thing it seems these days. Thank you Century Paving. Thank you Alex!

We contracted Century Paving to remove our old asphalt driveway and replace it with a new one. We contacted several companies before hiring Century Paving to complete the work. Century Paving offered a competitive quote (not the highest but not the lowest either). Alex was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. He was 100% responsive to all texts, phone calls and questions that we had with the driveway. He worked with Westview Paving to complete the paving of the driveway. He is knowledgeable about the paving process and was transparent throughout the whole time. He would notify us when the job was scheduled to be completed and took the time to explain how to best care for the asphalt afterwards. Alex was also present during the excavation of the old driveway and laying of the new driveway. He was good about making sure the area was cleaned up afterwards. I got more than 3 paving company quotation before. But alex gave me more honest and kind than any other contractor, and also good deal. Anyway just check it out. You may save several hundred dollars.

Alex listens to his customer, he was proactive in providing options and he is very conscious of keeping project costs reasonable. He is knowledgeable and responsive. Part of the job was to redo some stonework that had been done four years earlier by another company. His team was meticulous and did an excellent job, better than the work the first company did. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

When looking at different companies what stood out with Alex is the price is competitive, the quality is great and he is always there to accommodate. From deciding all the way to completion, he would always respond to my texts within the day, he gave me an accurate estimate of timeline. Updated me when there were any changes. The other companies that I contacted would say they'd give me a quote in a week and ended up quoting me in a month, no way I'm going to expect them to deliver on time. If you are thinking of doing landscaping, contact him, it doesn't hurt, I contacted ten of the top rated homestars companies and went with him and I have no regrets.
