We hired Trust Build Windows and Doors to replace our front doors. From the first meeting they were extremely professional and courteous and lovely to work with.

They brought our vision to life and the quality and details was impeccable. Anyone who visits our home is in awe of our doors and we receive non- stop compliments. We shopped around and found that Trust Build was the most reasonably priced.

Overall their customer service, quality and pricing is unbeatable. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Sergi is not just a professional that helped us with every option available for what we wanted but he went above and beyond from every other competitor we called before! He is a sincere guy that his word is his signature!! The price was better than the other 3 competitors we called prior to Trust build! The windows and doors were ready for installation the exact day that was promised. The crew that came to our home for installation was great. Slava and his guys were knew exactly what had to be done!! Professional, fast, clean. The job was finished the day that was promised and everything was clean and our home looked great with these new energy efficient windows!! I also want to mention that they helped us with the application for the government rebate! My experience from craftsmanship to personal interaction all the way to price was a definite 5 star!! I recently had our windows done by Trust Build Windows and Doors. I had a large job, 13 windows and a patio door brick to brick install. I was told initially it would be a 2 day job, but it was completed within 1 day.
The installation team was very professional, took pride in their work, and cleaned up after the work was completed.
We are pleased with the new windows, service and most importantly the price.
I would most definitely be calling Trust Build Windows and Doors for any future window and door projects.

I am so happy with my new windows. The whole process was super easy. I really appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of Iliya the Product Expert, and his input to find the right windows for our house. The installation was done by Vadim and his team. He is easy to work with, did a super job and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Total satisfaction!

After detailed search for contractor to have my work done, I did contact few company. So far, the most professional product presentation and quote, honest pricing and schedule of the work. They exceeded my expectations, doing an excellent job, at the fair price. If you don't want to run in any problem and looking for a serious and professional contractor, to have the job done respecting all the terms and contractual obligations, schedule and timing, at very good price, please give them a chance and ask for a quote. I used this company on recommendation of a friend who used them the year before. Trust build did a big window replacement at her residence which included 19 +windows. The job at my place would be just as big so I needed to get a company in who knew what they were doing. I had previously contacted four other window companies. Leon was the gentleman who came to my home to do the initial measurements. He was a consumate professional. He emailed me the estimated when he said he would and followed up with all my questions prior to signing a contract to start the job. Leon gave me a potential start date for the job but made it clear that the date could change depending on manufactures completion of the windows. During this time, Leon followed up so I knew what was happening. I was never left to wonder about the status of the start date. Once the job was started, Leon was on site to make sure everything was going well. The crew who came to my home to install the windows was led by a gentleman named Slava. This guys has a work ethic like I have never seen before in a contractor. Slava called me to let me know when he was coming to my home and he and his team were always on time and respectful of my living space. The entire job was completed in three days. Once finished, Leon called to make sure I was happy with the job. I would highly recommend this company based on their customer service and quality of workmanship.

Your service team was highly professional and the team was extremely responsive and happy to answer my questions along the way. I got updates throughout the process and worked closely with Alex and Leon throughout the entire process. Couldnt be happier, thick glass is sound proof and the black exterior garage door, front door, and windows complete our modern renovation to perfection! Highly recommend!!

Iliya was very patient and knowledgeable on the different window options. Specifically I wanted to maximize the rebates and also pick the right windows for the application. GTA is unique because a window needs to perform equally well in summer and winter. With many glass options and coatings, it can get confusing very fast! Vinyl Pro windows are very well made and the corner locking mechanism is a must especially for taller windows. I love the black exterior and it gave the house a refreshed look. I also got a custom sized vista patio door which was great. The measurements were very precise (surprisingly) so there was minimum gaps for the brick to brick installation. You can tell Slava knew what he was doing and his installation and workmanship was excellent. They replaced 12 windows and patio door with a 2 person crew all in one long day. They cleaned up and was respectful of my house. Price point was competitive with other quotes I received with the current inflated Pandemic pricing. I highly recommend Trust Build without hesitation!

Excellent service and experience right from the beginning to end. I obtained 3 quotes prior to making my decision and Trust Build was the most cost efficient of the 3. Not one company came close to the expertise, thoroughness and patience of Leon at Trust Build in explaining the products, procedure and answering my questions. I had all the windows and two doors in my home replaced. The install was done by Slava and his quiet professionalism and attention to detail was incredible. He worked long hard hours to get it done with minimum disruption to our family life. I was very impressed with Leons after sales service as well. He was very responsive and attentive. I was so impressed with Leon, Slava and the whole team at Trust Build that I have referred other projects to them and will continue to do so.

As a side note, I had someone visit my home who, unknown to me at the time, had been the window business for over 40 years. He looked at the product quality and installation asked about the overall price and then proceeded to compliment my choice of windows and Trust Build, which just solidified and confirmed my opinion and decision to work with them.
