One of my friends recommended this company, and Alex was sales rep.
He was very professional with knowledge about windows and doors. We signed the contract a couple of days later. Had a bit delayed schedule because of "A" team was busy with their current works. On the installation day, they replaced all windows and doors and clean up in less than 12 hours. Day after, 3 members of the team came to finish the rest of inside/outside caulking. Really satisfied with their jobs. Thanks.

Sales rep provided excellent explanation of options and competitive quote. Installer was prompt, thorough, cleaned up after himself and provided a top-notch installation. Overall- Excellent service, reliable, great quality, impeccable installation, great value for $ spent.

I interviewed quite a few companies before I decided to go with Trust Build. Leon was very responsive, professional, he promised me the fastest services with a fair price and the company delivered. For my small town home, installers, Alex and Dima, have gone above and beyond for my satisfaction in the past two days - every window was replaced with care (substantial time and double checking). They even cleaned my exterior vinyl siding (uncomfortably stood on 1st level roof for at least half an hour), fixed leaking gutter, and applied caulking to a window that I decided to leave as it is, etc. etc. The work was way beyond the quote and the result is much better than what I expected. I am very happy with the outcome and I am excited to have Alex and Dima back in a month to replace my basement window. Leon come to my house and explain and answer all my questions brought sample of windows.Leon and I went through our house to see what I needed. Leon left my hose and said he will get back in a few days with on estimate.Got back to me by the second day .Agree with the price and Leon told me the he will call me when window are ready. Leon called me and gone me a date for instillation. Leon and his crew where here the date that Leon said very punctual. The installer did a fabulous job neat and very clean , every day Leon come and check to make sure that the job was well done. Trust Build installed 15 windows in our house. Two of them were really big. We are very satisfied with quality of their product and quality of their work. Installation team is very professional. They know their product and how to work with it. All construction jobs are very messy, and windows installation is not an exception. The guys did everything they could to keep it to minimum. Our special thank you to Alex (Salesperson) and Leon (Installation Manager). They are very tuned to details, they listen and at the same time they can give you a valuable advise. Last but not least we want to mention locks on the windows. It is the best locks we ever seen. The windows are so tight that the noise level is significantly reduced because of that.
