I have had the ducts cleaned a couple of times by different companies and nobody took the time to explain what they would be doing or showed us just how dirty the vents were.
Pro Air actually unscrew the vents from the wall vs sticking their tools through the vents and bending them. We bought the house new and in one vent it was clear that the dust had been there for 20 years. They even found an empty milk carton from construction. Proof that other companies didn’t do a thorough job.
Don certainly knew what he was doing and pointed out that one area was missing drywall. We never knew. He (and Arash, in training) did an excellent job. They arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves when finished.
I will be recommending this company to my friends and would definitely use them again myself.
