The team at Parliament were prompt and very professional with the removal of my old siding and installing exterior foam insulation and new siding at my home. I appreciated the quick communication and attention to detail leading up to and during the installation. I really noticed a difference in heat retention after the upgrades.

After much research, we hired Parliament Contracting to remove the siding from our 38 year old home and replace it with Gentek Sequoia Select D4.5 ultra-premium vinyl siding with 1 IKO Enerair polyiso insulation. We cant begin to explain how we appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail practiced by Tyler, Liam and the crew at every stage of this major renovation. Not only did they do an outstanding job, they were polite, patient and reassuring while answering our many questions. When they came across construction issues (such as rotting plywood around the windows), they were addressed and remediated promptly. The job was completed on budget, in a timely manner and the site was left impeccable each day. We are so happy with the results and have had many compliments. We would highly recommend Parliament Contracting!

We hired Parliament Contracting to rip off old siding, re-insulate the exterior with rockwool and install new siding and trim. We found them here on Home Stars and we were impressed with their long list of completed jobs that were willing to vouch for their work.

From the outset Tyler was great to work with. He was quick to provide a quote and answer any questions. Liam and the crew worked diligently and did an amazing job. Special mention goes to Liam for the thick trim work around the windows, doors and up close to the soffits. It looks great and many neighbours have commented on it.

During the renovation, a exterior water spout was pulled too far out by one of the crew members but Tyler made sure it was repaired and functioned properly again - at no charge to us of course.

Also, after some small derecho damage, the crew returned and did an excellent job repairing the damaged siding.

I recently hired Parliament Contracting (Tyler and Liam) for a new roof, soffit, fascia and eavestrough. I acquired a few quotes and their price was competitive. Most importantly, I appreciated the level of professionalism- answering my questions, providing quote in a timely manner and willing to meet around my work schedule. I never had to follow up with them. They clearly put the client first and this is not always the case. Tyler kept me informed if my date would change and lucky for me it came before winter. Tyler was very clear and helpful when he came to give us an estimate. Liam, head roofer and foreman, was very thorough in his work and in monitoring the work of the other roofers. The clean-up after the work was completed was very good. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with - very personable and helpful. We are very satisfied with their work on this big project, which took about ten days.

The review of our needs was done efficiently and comprehensively by Tyler. he stayed in touch until the crew was able to start the job. The dumpster arrived on time - even that gentleman praised Parliament Contracting! Liam and the very personable roofing crew arrived on time, worked very hard and completed the job well on time and cleaned up completely.

Tyler, Liam and their crew replaced the siding on our home during the summer, including window flashing and a few minor roof repairs. We were delighted with the job and particularly with their attention to detail. This crew works hard and are polite and friendly. Once started, the job was finished in the time frame promised and the site was cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. Highly recommended.

This company does excellent work. On our home they installed rigid foam insulation, new soffits and fascia and new vinyl siding, as well as new window and door trim, all to our specifications - in some cases to a higher quality than expected. They are thorough, timely and do not rush to sacrifice quality workmanship, but do get the job done in a reasonable time. We were impressed with their ability to work diligently through the challenges the COVID19 pandemic put in their way. Liam and Tyler and their crew are are super nice guys and were more than willing to accommodate our needs. We highly recommend them.

Highly recommend these guys. Very professional, very personable and take into consideration our schedule. pricing very competitive and quality work. They took extra care around the house, knowing full well kids will be out there after. Cleanup was fantastic. Tyler and Liam and their crew were a pleasure to work with. We appreciated that they kept a fairly clean work environment. They were always positive and seemed to really enjoy their work and each other's company. They kept us informed about the progress as well as guiding us when making decisions about smaller details that came up as the work continued.
